Warranty & Returns
thinksound guarantees their products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year or two (2) years from the date of purchase, depending on the product. Please check the individual product for details. Products must be purchased from a thinksound authorized dealer, unless otherwise noted. thinksound will repair or replace the product at no charge. After the product warranty period has ended, the customer is responsible for the repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover shipping, removal, installation or any other related costs.
This warranty does not cover acts of god, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidents, misuse, commercial use, any modifications to the product, improper connection, improper use, purchase from an unauthorized dealer, attempted repair by anyone other than thinksound.
This warranty does not cover products sold by unauthorized resellers, products sold as-is, display models, open box, second hand, or any other times in which the product may have been opened or used.
This warranty is also void if it is damaged by a product that it was used with such as battery leak or electrical fault of a connecting product.
Proof of purchase is required. A proof of purchase may be in the form of a receipt, bill of sale, with the model of the product and the date of purchase listed from an authorized dealer.
thinksound is not responsible to repair or replace the product if in violation of this warranty. Some countries, provinces and states may have other restrictions on warranties. Please check the location of your purchase for their specific warranty laws that may result in the change of this warranty. The location may give you specific rights not explained in this warranty.
In the event that you need warranty service on your headphones or are not satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number. All returns must include an RA number written on the front of the shipping box. We are not responsible for items returned without obtaining an RA number prior to shipping.
Products purchased from our website can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. The package must be unopened and without any visible damage. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund from thinksound the product must have been purchased directly from thinksound. For products purchased through other retailers you must contact that retailer.
If the product you received is defective when purchased from thinksound or through any other authorized dealer; you may request an exchange under our warranty policy.
thinksound is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during return shipping. We suggest that customers pack products carefully and use a shipping method that includes tracking.
